Employment Information

Brindabella Christian College is committed to providing the best teaching and learning environment for our students. A key part of this includes providing quality teachers who are leaders in educational thinking and practice.

Our goal is to work in partnership with parents and the community assisting each child reach their potential and believe that this is enhanced when staff have a committed Christian faith and dedication to high quality learning experiences for children.

Brindabella Christian College currently has over 700 students in both the College and the two Early Learning Centre Campuses and employs over 100 permanent, part-time and casual staff in various areas of the College.

Brindabella Christian College is committed to providing a safe environment for students and conducts mandated screening processes when employing staff.  Review and accountability structures are in place to ensure the College is vigilant about child safety.

All applicants must obtain an ACT “Working with Vulnerable People Check” and will be subject to employment screening.
