Charnwood ELC

The Charnwood ELC operates 5 days per week 50 weeks per year – 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Children have the attendance options of:

• 5 days,
• 3 day (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) or
• 2 days (Thursday and Friday)

Charnwood Kindergarten/Junior School

• Yard Supervision starts: 8.10am
• Class Commences: Monday–Friday 8.40am
• Lunch 1: 10:40–11:10am
• Lunch 2: 12.50pm–1:20pm
• Class Finishes: Monday–Friday 3.00pm

Pastoral Time (20 mins)	10:20–10:40
Lunch 1 (30 mins)	10:40–11:10
Period 3 (50 mins)	11:10–12noon

Period 5 (50 mins)	1:20 - 2:10
Period 6 (50 mins)	2:10–3:00

       

Junior School children should leave their bags in the morning, downstairs in the bag area and head up to the playground to play before school commences. At the conclusion of each day, children will be dismissed into the area outside the school reception area. Children are to wait with the staff member on duty for collection. Staff remain on duty until 3.15pm when those children who have not been collected will commence the After School Care Program.
